The site's rich history is very apparent in every turn of the development and all efforts have been taken to preserve the existing heritage assets and utilise them in the placemaking process to create a unique identity for the community to enjoy.

The proposed development has maximised a brownfield site in a sustainable location to deliver up to 1,300 homes. Care has been taken when developing the proposals to ensure it sits sensitively against both the heritage assets and the surrounding residential uses. Despite constraints with delivery, this development will still deliver much needed affordable housing for the wider community.
