Loft lines will be the first truly mixed tenure residential development in Titanic Quarter, providing 778 much-needed homes for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a direct response to the opportunity to deliver a Build to Rent proposition at scale, in support of the Council’s Belfast regeneration Agenda, with its focus on sustainably increasing the resident population within and adjacent to the City Centre, and a renewed focus on the actual delivery of homes.
