The Regeneration of Piccadilly East

Capital&Centric transformed a run-down part of Manchester into the city’s first owner-occupier community.

We created beaut, design-led homes and brought locals back to the area with pop-ups and events – supporting local indie businesses and creatives. By shifting the focus onto people, we transformed Piccadilly East beyond recognition and created a solid foundation for the community to grow.

Now, Piccadilly East is a thriving community of neighbours and friends who look out for each other and care as much about the neighbourhood as we do. Investment is flooding to the area, with others wanting to grab a slice of the action.
