Upper Trinity Street
Corstorphine & Wright Architects and Cole Waterhouse
Digbeth’s culture and heritage is unique in Birmingham and the UK and Cole Waterhouse’s proposals and approach have been carefully considered to enhance and protect this unique sense of ‘Digbethness’.
Place-making and protecting the history of the area are golden threads which run through the project, through engaging a unique project team and developing an Arts and Cultural strategy to underpin the development the team have already delivered early successes with the lettings to Pat Benson Community Sports Foundation, the Museum of Youth Culture and Birmingham Music Museum.
This unique approach and the positive outcomes achieved rightly deserve recognition.
